- Confirm the Appointment and Resignation of the personnel of the Engineering Department.
- 輪機部人員之上任就職及卸任的確認。
- Confirm the On-Duty Status, and indeed meet the safety regulations.
- 確認值班狀態, 確實符合安全規範。
- Confirm that the current operating status of the Main Engine and Auxiliary Equipment is indeed in compliance with safety regulations.
- 確認主機及輔機的當前運行狀態, 確實符合安全規範。
- After the Machine or Engine is Overhauled, it is necessary to test it in person to confirm whether the result meets the requirements.

機器或發動機大修後, 必須親自執行試車; 並確認其結果是否符合要求。
- After maintenance of machinery or equipment, it should be confirmed that its condition is indeed in accordance with the requirements.
- 機器或設備檢修後, 應確認其狀態確實符合要求。
- Confirm the data of the major adjustment of the machine, and note the reason for this adjustment.
- 確認機器大調整的數據, 並說明此次調整的原因。
- Determine the starting and ending points of the voyage, as well as the environmental protection operation nodes.

- Major accident investigation report; including personnel, machinery, environmental protection, and safety measures.
- 重大事故調查報告; 包括人員.機械.環保和安全措施。
