主機氣動遙控系統的保養重點

T-005 The Maintenance Key Points of M/E Pneumatic Remote Control System

A. Reversing：

1. Starting Air Distributor中的各缸 Slid Valves乃保養重點。
依據“Checking and Maintenance Schedules”規範，應每8,000 hrs拆檢一次。
然而若發生Starting Valve洩漏事故並發生燃氣逆流現象時，則該缸相關部份應即時拆檢。

2. AH: Prevents Reversing Valve 14, 34
AS: Prevents Reversing Valve 15, 35

3. Magnet Valves for Remote Control:
AH: 86
AS: 88

4. 各缸的Air Cylinder of Reversing Mechanism of Fuel Pump，以及其上的AH/AS Magnet Switch / Sensor，
還有手動的Emer. Stop Valve。

5. Air Cylinder Control Valve:

AS: 185

6. Lead Valve of Control Valve
AH: 10
AS: 11

7. 機側的Manual Control Switch of Engine Side。

B. Starting

1. Starting Air Supply Valve of Distributor: 26

3. 轉俥機推開(Disengage)後供氣的Block Valve: 115

4. Magnet Valve of Starting for Remote Control: Start: 90

C. Fuel Running

1. Electric Governor Actuator: 42

E. Cylinder Cut Out System

依發火順序分成兩組，各組皆由其Magnet Valve of Group對各缸高壓油泵的Puncture Valve來控制：

No. 1 Group Cyls: 201

No. 2 Group Cyls: 202

F. Slow Turning

1. Magnet Valve of Slow Turning: 28

2. Control Main Starting Valve: 27

雖然MAN B&W的操控系統結構比起Sulzer來說要結實許多，
然而由於Maker/Factory的採用件及施工品質關係；
其等可靠性會產生相當大的差異顯示於Endurance Years (耐用壽命年數)值。
建議初期當依循其保養週期作拆檢，然後再依作動頻率(船期與靠泊數)來作適當的調整。
